Bank Financing
Bank loans
Bank capital is the cheapest funding source with the most flexible terms. It offers low interest rate and minimal fees, along with longer maturity, no principal amortization, and no prepayment penalties. Bank loans are also easier and cheaper to extend. KFS maintains strong and stable relationships with many banks in order to offer its clients low-cost bank financing.
Commercial and Industrial Loans (C&I Loans)
KFS arranges bank loans for working capital (receivables, inventory), equipment purchase, acquisitions, capital expenditures, and other business purposes. Small businesses are entitled to government loans, grants, and other benefits under the CARES Act!
- Paycheck Protection Program (PPP): cash-flow assistance (up to $10 millions). If employers maintain their payroll, the loans would be forgiven.
- Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL): low interest loans (up to $2 million). Emergency Economic Injury Grants provide an emergency advance of up to $10,000. The advance does not need to be repaid under any circumstance.
- Small Business Debt Relief Program provides immediate relief to small businesses with non-disaster SBA loans, in particular 7(a), 504, and microloans.
